These terms govern your use of the Ktisis Arc website and its project inquiry features. By using the site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Project inquiries
Sending a project brief starts a review. It does not create a client relationship, accept a project, reserve studio time, or require either party to proceed. Ktisis Arc may accept or decline an inquiry and may ask for more information before proposing a next step.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you send is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit confidential information, passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
3. Projects, pricing, and written agreements
A client relationship begins only when Ktisis Arc and the client accept a separate written agreement. That agreement will control the project scope, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment terms, client responsibilities, changes, cancellation, support, warranties, and ownership or licensing of work.
Amounts shown on this website are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. A starting price identifies the current minimum for the scope described. The final scope and price are established in the applicable written agreement. Any Blueprint, custom phase, care plan, third party cost, tax, or expense is governed by that agreement or the written offer accepted for it.
If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that project.
4. Acceptable website use
You may use this website to learn about Ktisis Arc and contact the studio for legitimate business purposes. You may not:
- Interfere with the site, its hosting, security, form, or other visitors.
- Attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or probe for vulnerabilities.
- Use automated systems to overload, scrape, copy, or submit spam through the site.
- Misrepresent your identity or send unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
Access may be limited where reasonably necessary to protect the site or other people.
5. Site content, intellectual property, and links
The site and its original text, design, code, graphics, animation, and branding are owned by Ktisis Arc or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the site for personal or internal business evaluation. No other licence is granted unless Ktisis Arc agrees in writing.
The site may link to or rely on services operated by others. Their availability, content, privacy practices, and terms are controlled by those providers. A link does not imply endorsement of everything on an external site.

The model hand by kevinruiz is used under CC BY 4.0. It was modified through reorientation, scaling, point-cloud rendering, animation, and integration. No endorsement by the creator is implied.
“All rights reserved” notices on this site apply only to material owned by Ktisis Arc and do not restrict credited third-party assets under their stated licences.
7. Information, availability, and responsibility
Website content is provided for general information and may be corrected, updated, or removed. Ktisis Arc does not promise that the site will always be available, error free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, security, or other professional advice outside the software services expressly agreed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ktisis Arc is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising only from use of, or inability to use, this website. Any responsibility related to contracted services is governed by the applicable project agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes, governing law, and contact
These terms may be updated when the site, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised when a material update is published. Continued use after publication means the updated terms apply to later site use.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Subject to any right that cannot lawfully be limited, disputes about these website terms will be brought in the courts located in British Columbia.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
