How the work moves

A short route from brief to finished work.

Each stage has a clear decision, owner, and next step. You do not need to translate the business into technical language.

01

Scope it clearly

We define the useful version, what belongs in it, and what finished means. Deliverables and price are written down before the build begins.

02

Build it directly

You stay in direct contact with the person responsible for the build. Questions, decisions, and tradeoffs are explained in plain language.

03

Finish it properly

We test the work, put it live, and stay close for the small fixes and support that follow a real launch.

Small by design

Senior attention is the model, not an upgrade.

Only a few projects are active at once, keeping communication direct and senior attention consistent. You know who is responsible, what is happening next, and where decisions stand.

DirectYou speak with the person responsible.
FocusedFew projects share the studio’s attention.
AccountableOne studio owns the route from scope through launch.
The founder

Alexander Kemos runs Ktisis Arc.

He shapes the scope, remains directly involved through design and engineering, and stays accountable through launch.

“I started Ktisis Arc because small businesses deserve careful digital work without distance or handoffs. The aim is simple: understand the business, build the right thing, and stay accountable for it.”

Founder & builder

Ktisis (κτίσις) means “the act of building.” The name is a working standard: take an idea or a tangled process, give it useful structure, and leave you with something clear, dependable, and owned.

The same standard applies to websites, apps, and automations, including AI or agentic systems only when they solve a concrete workflow.
